How C.C. restored lelouch' s memories by kissing in Ep 1 of R2?
I saw some theories that say C.C saved Lelouch's memories when she Kissed him in R1
She also says something like she can save memories to mariane.
I don't understand, did she intentionally kiss to save Lelouch's memories?
Is kissing Must to save and restore memories?

well it was cited in episode 12 right after shizuku abolished the phantom troupe while gon reinitiated the akatsuki with lelouch , afterwards furthering the conclusion between natsu and kallen. Asking the question, why?

There was still some of Lelouch's semen in her mouth which obviously contains his DNA, so when they kissed she passed that to him and made him rember.

Kissed Lelouch at the start of R1 to save his memory, kissed him again in R2 for him to become privy of those stored memories, ended up with all memories from the end of R1, a marvellous theory indeed.

Unless I am gravely forgetting something and have fallen into huge blunder, Lelouch gained the Geas (or however it is spelled) when CC kissed him, he ‘lost’ his memories by being commanded so by another Geas, they resurfaced when the person who gave him the Geas kissed him again. Is there even any need for baseless theories, seems pretty transparent.

Lelouch and CC made a pact and that bond is stronger than any Geass. Charles temporarly overwrote Lelouch memories which made him forget their pact. By kissing him CC made him remember that moment. (To remember that she needed to break the geass, so he remembered everything.)

Charles's Geass erased, or more like sealed, these memories. May be Code carriers have some Geass Canceller power, like that of Jeremiah
