This series really makes me want to read the manga ಠ⁠﹏⁠ಠ time to buy some, I guess?
but watching the epic animation is WAY BETTER, so I'll just wait for the next episode until then....

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

I had really high hopes for the anime after initial episodes, but now I see that we will get usual Pierrot's BS. I can forgive them stealing time by doing recaps in the series which they animate as they go weekly, but here they had at least 2 years to make the first course. People thought they were cutting things and rushing scenes to find more time for adding now stuff, but of course we can now see it's not the case, as they are able to pack in 3 minutes long needless recap. I bet from now we will get this kind of lazy ass thing every week as usual with Pierrot's animated series. Too bad, because that's one of the things which ruined OG Bleach when it was aired, and even after 10 years they cannot give this series a justice...

Episode 4 is the one with the most interesting content and yet it felt like the worst one so far for me, it is poorly directed and made in such a rush that i couldn't really enjoy it to it's fullest. Captains suddenly are stupid (they are told to NOT use their Bankais and yet they use it anyway), now Urahara could help Ichigo in his fight but he decided not to do so, Chad and Orihime got really bad wounds (just for shock value) which u can't think they can recover from, but they'll do it somehow

I still look forward to the best of the best from this arc, but i'm not a fan of this episode.

about urahara i think he just spectated to see quincy's abilities.he could interfere if ichigo was losing

I did not read the manga, but the pacing for this felt so rushed. No build up in the fights and key moments, made them lose the impact for me. It felt like I was watching a recap, and not the actual episode…

It doesn’t need to be Karakura Town invasion level of pacing, but somewhere in between…

Hopefully it gets better.

There isn't a build up because this isn't a fight. It's a one sided massacre!
The fights will be longer in the later episodes, but now this is just a blitzkrieg from the Sternritters.

Seriously, a recap of the first 3 episodes? It felt already rushed and they still did a recap? Aside from this, and some subtle hints of the drop in animation quality, this episode is somewhat disappointing. Other than that, the defensive Blut displayed by As Nodt and his "smile" after stealing Byakuya's Bankai were good.

Hmm maybe I need to read the manga for this to take my conclusions, but Ichigo was destroyed before and the fights actually had impact, the fights here just felt weirdly rushed for me. As I mentioned, it felt like a recap for the actual episode.

But I see a lot of people don’t mind it, so there’s that

Oh my gosh Byakuya is beautiful, yet he made a mistake by using his bankai. It was difficult to witness Toshi's anguish after his bankai was stolen. And they're allowing Ichigo to join the fight because they know how much he may disrupt their plans. I swear imma throw hands with the stupid quincy that trapped Ichigo. Urahara you need to start throwing hands.

And Chad is injured, luckily they have Orihime with them. My anxiety kept going up and down while watching this episode.

long ass recap and but the pacing was kinda..really quick? the Sternritters toying with almost everyone..for now. ichigo is the only one who can't have his bankai stolen huh, very convenient indeed. nice to see the eerie As Nodt!

I'm not even mad about the recap, especially since I just watched the entire season minus fillers and I swear the average recap time per episode was like 6 months lol, what's worse is they started showing episode previews + recap.

It's such an intense series to think that it's only four episodes in, and that even team Ichigo all had holes blasted in them at the end!! Sealed in a prison just before making it to deliver some major butt whooping!! Haven't read the manga but I'm definitely worried that these stolen abilities will be used against them. Nice to see Urahara on the case and in the fold, excited to see some allies I'm hoping grimmjaw returns to lend Ichi a hand.

Anxious that this first season is only going to be like 12-13 episodes it's just not enough, not even close!! (If it's going to be more pleeease correct me)

Its split in 4 cours. This cour will be 13 episode then there will be 3 more cours to adapt the rest of the tybw. Overall 52 episodes in total.

If you enjoyed the time you wasted, then its not a waste of time.
