How many chapters will this adaptation cover?

I personally think it'll cover through the last game of the second selection, around chapter 85 - 86. Does that sound right to you? So you think they'll cover the World All Stars game too? I honestly think that'd be a better introduction to the next season, but I could definitely see them ending with that as setting a new level for then to reach in the next season.

It's only a few chapters after the end of the second selection, so I'd agree that it'd be a good point to close, especially if they decide not to end right after the second selection.

While I'd definitely be impressed if they could fit the entire 3rd selection of the U-20 game into 12 episodes, I feel like fitting 70-80 chapters into those 12 episodes would melt my brain XD

Yeah I thought they were less chapters my bad xdddd. Probably a 20-ish episode second season would feel far more fitting, but its pretty much a single match so I think the could adapt 4-5 chapters each episode
