| This got progressively better as it went on. Very appreciative at the effort to elaborate on this series' designated monsters by giving even seemingly minor Zoanoids their own agendas, actually maintaining the relevance of their depictions beyond their immediate presence, even if it takes the form of a posthumous reference by another vengeful character. Initially expected that it would be much more tame than the OVA in terms of its viscerality, but there was more than enough amputated limbs and blood sprays to prevent this from seeming especially sanitised. Not much to complain about other than Guyver II (Lisker) coming across as wasted to me. Thought he was killed off far too early for being one of the only three titular Guyvers. |
