1>2>3 for me. I really like the comedy in Season 1, and that’s why I’m into this anime. But I do enjoy the ending of season 3.

is it just me or is there anyone else thinks that there are too much interruptions (eg. narrator exposition) during the double confession scene. It took rom in romcom away, season 2's moon watching scene is still the most romantic part of the series for me

I think it just got progressively better each season was better than the last. Only thing I think the first season did better than the others was have a better op, but the others are still top tier anyways.

I honest-to-god was going to agree with second season being the best, but then I double-checked and found out that the fireworks stuff happened in season one, so guess I'm going with season one. It has the heart that I wanted from season three but ultimately thought season three lacked and since I've already got this ball rolling, season three is not as funny whereas I remember having a genuinely good time with season one. It does help that the concept of the series is fresh and hasn't yet gone stale and turned slightly irksome, so I can just appreciate season one for the beginning that it is whereas by season three I wanted a steady growth in character/relationship development with some good payoff but instead I was disappointed in the end.

Personally second season was the most enjoyable season to watch, that's when I attached to the characters the most. First season I tried to figure out to characters and get to know them so it was a more of an intro of season 2, and I found third season a bit disappointing after the second season. It's just that season three was so focused on the finale episode that I couldn't enjoy each and every of the episodes 0_0
