What Year Did You Start Watching One Piece In?

| Started reading it in 2021 and got caught up in only a few months, one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had with an anime/manga. I used to worry this show was more episodic, go to one island, fight a monster of the week, no real plot, but I was totally wrong. I used to agree One Piece is too long, now I wish it was longer. It is a true saga and absolutely justifies its length. I don't know about he anime, but the manga is one of the best things I've ever seen or read. |

| 2012, and I am up to date, though I am thinking of taking another break from this ghastly pacing (will be my 5th or 6th) so I can binge a years worth of episodes again. Think I'll wait until the Shanks movie is aired. |
