free in sub or dub

Hello, I want to start watching Free, but I'm not sure if I should watch it in dub or sub. Most of the time I watch anime in the sub, but I watched Haikyuu in dub and I really liked it. So may I ask about your opinion?

I prefer sub, but mostly because I didn‘t like the voices in the english dub and the german dub is even worse 😂 and i guess the dub is a pretty cringe in my opinion. I liked the haikyuu dub too btw. 😁

I didn't like any of the voices in sub lol, but my friend liked the dub so ymmv

sub's really good and have all goated voice actors dub tbh didn't felt good it kinda didn't felt natural or fitting even after watching dub first so sub was definitely better experience for me

Watching anime with dub is just bad sometimes mostly of the time is just the voice actors. I thing that bothers me a lot in dubs are pronunciation of names. Besides that there are times I do prefer the dub version. But that rarely happenes

Personally I prefer this one in sub, I think it sounds a little cringy in dub. I do watch some other anime in dub but this one I couldn't seem to.

I prefer the subbed version of Free.

(I tried watching the dub when it came out but it was a bit cringe to me and most of the voices in English didn’t really fit the character)

i hate dub cus it’s usually not correct translation at all and i feel like the JP VA’s just have so much more emotion and passion for a character

watched it sub first and dub later, I'll vote for the dub though. ;) watching the dub I could literally enjoy the art and the abs more lol.

I always watch anime in sub so I’m defo gonna say sub lol. However, I can’t deny the fact that many dubs are actually really great like Death note, BNHA, Haikyuu etc.
So after considering both options, I’d still say sub. Cause most goated va are in this show and you can’t miss that out

I personally could usually go back and forth on when to watch an anime subbed or dubbed. Like it doesn’t really matter which one you go with. However, this is one of the few times where I’d recommend watching it subbed and not just be like “watch it subbed or dubbed doesn’t matter”. I’ve seen clips dubbed and overall I think they did a good job, but in the later seasons when traveling is involved, they do some cool things that I feel just wouldn’t work nearly as well dubbed. But, in the end, decision is up to you!

Sub. Some of the voices didn’t match the characters well at all for dubbed.

I prefer dud. Well, I'm mostly a dub watcher so.. But the sub was also good but I still prefer the dub..
