i know light novel if farther than manga but light novel readers doesn't sound good in my ear so that why i said manga readers hope i didn't piss anyone off

In a sense someone already has. Pestonya (the dog maid) and Nigredo (Albedos older sister) disobeyed Ainz’s orders and were sentenced to solitary confinement for the span of about the 6th volume (Men in the Kingdom arc part 2) to the 10th volume (the one directly after the Magic Caster of Destruction arc).
Nigredo was cut out of the anime but she only has had a couple minor roles so she might be put back in.
I think what they did was save some children who were transported to Nazarick at the end of Jaldaboath’s attack on the Royal capital, when Ainz had ordered the humans to be killed. But Ainz interpreted their actions as not being technically against his orders because his orders were for no information about Nazarick to be leaked outside, thus killing them. But as they were children there was no risk.
It was pretty vague and I don’t remember exactly.

I haven’t fully caught up but I don’t really expect any to besides minor interpretations of their orders. They often say in the LN that if Ainz said so white was black. They believe and trust him completely.

Honestly reading the manga from something like Overlord should be a crime.
This story was built for the novel format with all the dialogue, narrative, and word building. Reading the manga is probably a waste of time.

SPOILER: Demiurge is set up to betray ainz (from what the public sees) but this is all fake as ainz wants him to take charge of the kingdom and all that so he can just sit back and relax pretty much.
I dunno how far the manga goes but this is within the some of the last chapters in the LN
