Thanks for the miracle that the animation of Masumi Asano, the hero, can be seen in the reunion.

I've been looking for an answer as well. Haven't found solid sources yet.

Can anyone confirm this?

Arms is already dead at this point. Their websites and socials are already nonexistent today.

That might just be finished already before the company closed down, or might be subcontracted to completion.

EDIT: Looking at the end-credits, the ones involved were Pierrot and Studio Signpost, at least for the license. But then, the personnel involved were also associated with Signpost.

Signpost might just be using the Arms name at this point the same way as how MAPPA uses GRIZZLY. After all, Studio Signpost is in the production committee in second place.

Arms was an affiliated company of Studio Signpost, so it's most likely that their assets, such as the Arms brand for example, were absorbed into Signpost. Signpost will most likely continue utilizing the Arms brand for sequels to past works produced by Arms and ecchi works. It's not like anything has changed really; as Arms had already shared office with Signpost, and also the former representative director of Arms, also served as the representative director of Signpost as well, while they were known as Pierrot Plus. For context, Arms was established after Signpost, then known as Studio Kikan, split off its adult animation business into a new company named Arms.

The detective work is appreciated, but it would be nice to finally put the nail in the coffin, though; unless this dark spirit of the silent of a franchise is preparing to take a new studio as its host.
