There’s an interim arc with four chapters called Epic of Remnant, then the second major arc called Cosmos in the Lostbelt, which is still going on in the game

all of this up from first order is just the first arc so like there's a lot more content just gotta wait until a studio decides to take this up ig

In the story of Fate/Grand Order, the next arc is 1.5, Epic of Remnant, with its first chapter, Quarantined Territory of Malice Shinjuku, which you'll be able to find in the game along with all the rest. If you mean what's the next Fate/ anime project, then that'd be the upcoming season (tentative) of /kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya.
