welp, that was a banger, 10/10 tense, epic and emotional ending, and i can't wait to jump straight to next season

these last two episodes were great

obviously the mc is going to live (right?), but his father and uncle don't know that. i wonder if they'll "evacuate" because of that strike and be forced to head back home thinking he's dead? and then later on down the line the mc shows up like "surprise" and is even stronger than he is now? maybe... but i'm probably completely wrong

my only complaint about this season is how that meteorite just fell right to him, without any reason or explanation. how he absorbed it. how it made him super strong. then how he found all 3 of those ancient "square" things so easily and they again powered him up without any real effort or work. it's not a "focus" of the show, even though it kind of underpins a lot of his power in the later episodes.

i give it a very solid 8/10. i liked some of the character designs: the head spy dude with that really tall and narrow hat, the 4 brothers who fought against the mc and his dad, the 5 element group who fought to protect the father, and that neat back-to-back fighting formation. and i LOVED the traditional chinese music that played at various points throughout the entire season
