Looks like there’s a serious announcement for Jujutsu Kaisen on stage at a theatre event? High chance it will be season 2 announcement? Possibly?

Even if it does gets an announcement. I think it will take atleast more than a year to release.

This show is way to popular for it not to get a s2 or movies. I do hope they take their time so they can deliver s1 quality.

the Shibuya Arc needs at least 2 cour so if they do a split cour then the 1st cour will be possible to air as early as this year in like november at best but i doubt about the quality since that is a very tight production schedule if it happens

the Gojo arc can take like 6-8 episodes only if im right

We divide this with two studios, one takes care of the first part, the other of the second to give time to the animators For example given to another studio to make past arc gojo and left mappa next year animated Shibuya

The movie was released recently so I think even if they announce season 2 it probably won’t be this year.

I mean they’re just rumors at the end of the day don’t believe everything that u see on the internet, most of it is click bait and if you hear it from MAPPA or Toho animation then you’ll know it’s legit. It might take like a year and a half to release when it’s announced if not 2-3 years

12th feb is the date. Many are speculating that a jjk mobile game will be announced but i seriously hope its s2 of jjk. I hope we could get s2 in spring/summer 2023

im pretty sure the mobile game has already been announced. Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade I believe it’s called.

Mappas got a lot on their plate right now. So I really hope they take their time with season 2. I'm totally okay with waiting another year if it means higher quality. Nappa's got a tall order here, I mean, this is the motherfucking SHIBUYA INCIDENT. Likely the most important and intense arc of JJK so far It cannot be half assed

Personally I disagree, But barring storytelling the Shibuya Incident will take far more effort to animate and will certainly need more work put into it. It's clearly the bigger beast here in terms of bringing it to the screen

I really hope there is a S2! This show is awesome! The fact they made a prequel makes me think there's a very high probability.
