Crunchyroll added the OVA Soariro Utility to its global catalog (excluding only Japan and mainland China), at the moment the OVA is only available with English subtitles, subtitles in other languages will be added soon.

Also on the Yostar Pictures channel the OVA is available for free, but without subtitles in any language other than Japanese.
