This is Namek 2.0

That 5 min timer was ridiculous. I can suspend my disbelief for the fight since they're fighting at supersonic speeds.

But there's 2 mins left and an injured Rody somehow manages to walk down the massive flight of stairs and reach the center console (which was also conveniently right in the center of the room with a big sign and no guards whatsoever).

The fights were nice, the plot convenience could've been written better.

I'm assuming you mean Movie 3, and they're all just "bonus content"
If you only want to watch the main Canon stuff that will directly continue the story, then you don't have to, they're just "side missions" the heroes have that are only Canon to the anime universe, not the mangas, and whether you watch them or not won't change the main seasons. Although I personally think they're still well worth watching and are really good. Movie 1 takes place between seasons 2 and 3, Movie 2 takes place during Seasons 4 and 5, and Movie 3 takes place between the Endeavor Agency arc of Season 5. Hope this helps!

no they're not lol.. Movie 3 literally has the characters working at Endeavor's agency in the movie as a part of their work studies, and its even mentioned multiples times to make sure fans know when it takes place

The work studies didn’t only last for the one week during the Agency arc. There’s a three month timeskip between the end of Endeavor Agency (when Deku masters Black Whip) and the war arc in season 6. The work studies kept going for that whole time. Deku uses Black Whip in the new movie, which means it happens after Endeavor Agency.
