Which one is your favorite jojo part?why? And which one do you like less?

Just curious!!! Mine is this one for now!!!! Still haven't finished I'm reading Golden Wind at the moment. I like a lot all of the parts I think they are all reaaaally awesome but this one hits different. The artstyle in this part is really special, is not like part 1 and 2, but not like part 4 and 6,is like in the middle of a change and it is really special. And the group is very cool I absolutely love Polnareff beyond everything hahaha. Opinions without spoilers please!!!!!

Part 4 is my favorite part. I have only read/watched first six parts. Part 3 is my second favorite.

As for the least favorite part, other than the general response stating Part 1, I would say Part 5.

Part 4, because it's really easy going, the antagonist is really good and if not for the concepts, it'll feel like a totally different anime on its own. The vast set of side characters are also fun to watch.

I love Steel ball run , because there are little to no ass-plulls in fights , well written characters , great character development , most good looking art , a great villian , and the best final battle . Phantom blood is my least favorite because it is simply Araki at his weakest and trying to be like " fist of the north star " and a kind jojo who is a little boring .

Part 6 is my favorite because of Jolyne, all the Jobros, Jotaro, Pucci, the story that made me cry the most, etc.
Part 2 is my least favorite because of the worst JoJo, Joseph.

Part 4 is my favourite. Greatest sense of style, a super unique look. The balance of multiple relatively deep characters is really impressive compared to other parts, everyone gets a solid conclusion which is what edges it over part 7 for me. The characters are also immensely loveable. Koichi is my favourite character in all of JoJo and I love his stories. Some of the best OPs for the anime, and absolutely the most consistent quality across all of them.

Part 1 is my least favourite. It’s not bad, it’s really charming and Dio makes it very engaging with his character and his gags. “How many breads have you eaten in your life?”
Really the big issue is the flat characterisation on everyone else. Mainly Jonathan. It’s going for a very classic storytelling style. But still, it’s not terribly interesting. And I agree with Araki himself that Jonathan could’ve benefited from a more dynamic character, even as someone as noble and explicit a character he is.

For me,

1. Diamond is unbreakable - Only because of Kira
2. Battle tendency (S1 part 2) - Joseph fought a far superior creature with limited powers
3. Stardust Crusaders
4. Golden Wind
5. Phantom Blood

I am an anime only when it comes to Jojo and will be following the anime on upcoming parts as well

And to clarify, when I say part 7 is my favorite and the best part, I hold it so much higher than every other part and can’t express how amazing Steel Ball Run is.

Part 3 : great cast , funny, Dio and Polnareff
Part 5 :similar to part 3 with great cast but better animation, faster pace and Bruno
Part one is my least favorite

Part 7 is better in almost every way than the other parts. The art of araki is better than ever, the protagonists and villains are excellent, the story is good and it can even be considered a good series without knowing about jojos or being a fan. (despite failing to have some "araki forgot", forced moments at the end and above all for leaving aside the premise of the series and its dynamics in the last arc)

On the other hand, the worst parts may be 6 and 8 for wasting many very interesting elements that had been introduced or solving them in a horrifying way. That said, from my point of view, no season is bad and they all have their good points.

My favorite is definitely part 4, because of all the side characters (koichi,okuyassu,jotaro,shigechi) and because Kira is probably the 2nd best antagonist in the series after dio. As for my least favorite it’s part 1 (I have only seen the anime)

Worst is 1 and my favourite is 6 although 7 might be objectively better (better art, pacing, side characters). I just love Jolyne and I think that the ending is good enough. The main antagonist’s stand and the final battle are amazing and the whole part is probably the trippiest out of all of them. People who say part 6 is bad because of the ending are dumb.

Parts 1 and 5 for me are my least favorites. I used to not like Part 1, but it has definitely grown on me with time, and with knowing the continuation of what occurs in later parts with the Joestar-Dio rivalry. Part 5 feels somewhat disconnected from the overall story, with the only real connection being Jotaro’s investigation of Dio’s children, and the subsequent focus on Giorno. I really like Part 1 and 5, don’t get me wrong, I just like them the least. Part 3, especially the 2nd half, and Part 4, are my two favorites.

My favourite parts are split between part 6 and part 7 because they have the best stories and they also have the best jojos in the series as for my least favourite it would have to be part 1 but everyone says that part 1 is bad but just cause its my least favourite doesnt neccsessarily mean i hate it

Well my favorite is by far Steel Ball Run, which is probably not surprising because you've surely heard how amazing it is from everyone. They are not exaggerating, it's just as amazing as everyone says, the characters, story, art, stands, everything (I adore Johnny, Gyro and Blackmore). I also really love Stone Ocean since I find it really underrated and unappreciated, with Diamond is Unbreakable in 3rd place, as I absolutely love the style that its written it and the setting with the slow unraveling of storyline and amazing characters, including my alltime favourite, Rohan. I have not read Jojolion yet and I'm planning on starting it this week. As for my least favorite part, this is probably a unpopular opinion but I find Stardust Crusaders equally as boring, if not more, as Phantom Menace. Both have great ending, but while Phantom Menace has like bunch of weird and boring battles, the entire first half of SC is even worse than anything in PB, with 2nd half kinda saving it but still not being good enough. I absolutely despise the Set battle and I find most of Iggy just... Not funny and not interesting. So yeah Stardust Crusaders is probably my least favorite part.

Finally someone gets it, part 6 ending is brilliant and heavy and the entire finale is one of the best parts of the entire Jojo, I love all the characters in part 6 besides Emporio, (favs are Anasui, Pucci and Weather), I think Jolyne is an amazing and loveable protagonist with a really unique and interesting stand and I just love the prison break ganre. FF is also absolutely adorable.

Ive seen 1-4 and its a tie between 2 and 3 for my favorite just because the characters were great and memorable and the action was sick. 1 is definitely my least favorite, I just didnt like the characters all that much.

Number 1 is by far the worst, my favorite part is 3 because it takes place in so many real places and Jotaro is a badass. Those are only out of the anime adapted parts.

Well ive finished the whole jojo series, and I must say that since I started and finished it my opinion has changed a lot. If we talk only the anime it goes 4, 2, 5, 1, 3 . If we take the whole series with the manga I'll rank it 7, 8, 6, 4, 2, 5, 1 and 3, favourite first and less and the end

Part 4 is best Shounen part because of its Great usage of underdeveloped cast and Main Villain+ the Slice of Life aspect was refreshing.

Part 3 and 5 are REPITITIVE BULLSHIT and feels like a Video Game with no Character development and clown side Characters
Part 6 is Wasted potential with worst side Characters of all time
Part 1 is OK not that bad it was a Failed attempt to strip the MC out of plot armour

Part 2 is fun and not repititive, good story but bad Generic Main Antagonist

Part 8 could've been a Masterpiece if it wasn't for the SHITTY PLOTHOLES and CONVULATED PLOT

Finally

PART 7 IS OBJECTIVELY THE BEST AND THE ONE OF THE GREATEST MANGA OF ALL TIME

Don't get me wrong. I trully love all the parts, even Rohan OVA. But IF i need to choose I would say that part 1 and 3 are my least favourite, simply beacuse I was a little bored while watching them, part 3 was repetitive also I didn't like Jotaro plot armor while he was fighting with Dio. And overall I enjoyed other parts more + I like the new art style more.

I’ve read/watched everything except JoJolion for context. I’d say part 4 is EASILY my favorite, with 2 and 6 also being in my top 3. least favorite is hard to pick between 1 and 3. Even though i do still love both of them, i think they’re both very flawed compared to other parts.
