nah. any "platonic"/"fatherly" relationship between a man and an underage girl is almost certainly grooming to some extent

I hate this show precisely because it doesn't fully stray away from this idea and likes to bait all the time, but to be honest no, it isn't. It's more about the contrary, the MC helping a high schooler have a normal teenage life.
