Usopp’s backstory is really kinda…not a whole lot? If anything it’s in the Syrup Village arc, which is episodes 9-18.

8-19 was syrup island.
9 was his first appearance i think.
10 during the fight with klaws they talked about his childhood

17 we saw his reason for lying.

I think its just the arc when Usopo joins the crew, they explain there how nobody in the village believed him and how he snuck out to see his "girlfriend".
