1. Operαtion Skuld ( Steins Gαte )
2. The introduction ( Monster )
3. Prison Arc , First hαlf of the show ( Rαinbow )
4. The end of Evαngelion ( Neon Genesis Evαngelion )
5. Mαrineford ( One Piece )

I don't have 'one' favourite but my opinion is that in a way 4th Great Ninja War was somewhat better than the pain arc. Still I won't say that its the best arc. For me there is just the chunin exams from the OG Naruto and the 4th Great Ninja war wasn't even an arc it was a saga, there were a lot of things going on. So Pain arc it is.(・∀・)

3) marienford and wano act3 (one piece)
4) return to shiganshina and paths arc (aot)
5) conviction arc (berserk)

honourable mention - prologue arc(vinland saga) , shiratorizawa vs karasuno (haikyuu)

still have to watch many anime so this list is based on what i have watched and read

personally it was very shitty arc in terms of writing
reincarnation and that stuff it really annoys me
overall it has cool moments but last boss fight sucked
