does the anime fully adapt the manga?

the manga seems to be pretty short so i kinda wanna know if i need to switch to the manga later

The only big difference between the anime and Manga was that they didn’t really touch up on the conversation between Hiroyuki and Arashi. It’s discovered that Arashi raped Miwako as a way to dominate their relationship (after Miwako chose him over Hiroyuki.) It makes such a difference personally but I can see why they would not add that for the anime.


But otherwise, everything is pretty much the same.

Yes it does, except for a few scenes. Maybe watch de anime and then read the last chapter of the manga to see how it really ended!
