As much as I know it was known as red light district arc so why they changed it into entertainment district arc,is there is any political reason behind it because red light district sounds pretty straight forward or because it was going to air on tv do they don't want to telecast it by that name.
Ratings doesn't matter only enjoyment does.
Masterpiece or mid, generic or fresh, best or worst are all subjective
Eren is goat, and aot is still a masterpiece (eg.subjective opinion)

It’s just to keep the name more pg cuz red light district is where there’s a bunch of brothels and where prostitutes hang out.

Doubt they’ll change the story just something that looks better on the tv program list

The Japanese name is still "Yuukaku", which actually means Red-Light District.
However, the English translation chose to use Entertainment District to possibly bypass content censorship.
To be honest, the official English translation has never been liked by fans. Kimetsu no Yaiba literally means Blade of Evil Destruction, not Demon Slayer, lol.

I don't think they're necessarily "bypassing" it. It seems more like the change is because of content censorship itself, not because they're trying to avoid it.

Why did you not pay more attention in your English classes?

Tbh, Blade of Evil Destruction is a pretty lame title for an English version and doesn't make a ton of sense. This is one instance where I think the English title is absolutely fine and more recognisable, hey keep the original Japanese title in there anyway.

I haven't read the manga but even if that's the arc name, I wouldn't use that title in an anime that everyone and their grandma watches.
It's just common sense. This is an anime that is popular among kids. It would only decrease sales and give it a bad rep.
