If you have the Netflix app go the the coming soon tab and it says its coming October 3! I am so excited for this i have been waiting! 😁 (also just look up scissor seven on netflix and it will say)

If you look at the Netflix coming soon page, it confirms it. It also shows the date it’s coming out when you just look up the show on Netflix too.

What about Netflix India? And it's gonna be dub or sub? Although I have completed this but I will go for a re-watch. I love this series so much I hope they will release season 4 on 2022. Can't wait...

No Netflix original means that Netflix got the license of the show. But yes, Scissor seven already aired at Bilibili.
