Does the manga do a continuation after episode 4 or does it end where episode 4 left at?

well i have not read it but heard that the anime covers whole manga but skips a lot of chapter.
Kind of similar to horimiya.

It's really sad when the anime with good plot is just skipped. Relife was ended because of the production(budget). I don't know why horimiya was skipped.

Portions of manga are generally skipped if they’re not feasible for adaptation in the season. As for horimiya, they could’ve easily made an entire season out of the unadapted content. Not sure about ReLife. Yet to check out the manga…

The 4 special episodes adapted the end of the manga very badly, if you want a more closed and happy ending read the manga
