I like Asian horrors more. Some Western Horrors suck especially if anyone has seen the crazies the new horror movie that came out, but I would assume Asians have bad movies too. Its more about the effects in america nowadays.

parasite eve's movie adaptation is alright. But Tetsuo the iron man or the ring are pretty good.

Asian horror can be incredibly disturbing and infinitely more fascinating than Western Horror, the differing cultural perspectives on what constitutes horror makes for some really good films, I think that Japan especially is 1000x better at body horror than the west will ever be, like Tetsuo the iron man is way more disturbing then the human centipede will ever be.
