Ranking stuff is so hard but part 3 is probably my favourite. I can't rank characters either lol. But my top 5 in no order are Polnareff, Speedwagon, Diavolo, Okuyasu and Dio. Prosciutto, Pesci, Fugo, Joseph, Caesar and Kira are close too.
