But i heard it has NTR in it. How's the severity if thats the case? I mean if its as bad as the main girl sexing up someone else in betrayal then it's simply a no go for me.

Nah read it, it's REALLY good. One of my favs so far.
There's also an anime movie that covers an early part of the story as well, in case you wanna check it out.
