| I can't pick an order so I'll just list the characters I think DON'T DESERVE to be in the top 20 Levi, Mikasa, Rem, Kazuto, (on the fence with Zoro) Everyone else bar Hachiman (who I have no clue who that is to make any assessment) are fine in the top 20. |
