Driven to stop their former teammate's plan to remake the world once humanity is purged from it, Phoenix Tamara, Rapture, Peipei, and War Nurse find renewed spirit to fight. They launch themselves at Sekhmet with devastating, coordinated attacks. However, in mere minutes they lay bloodied and scattered on the street. Already fatigued past their limits from previous battles and in spite of their best efforts and veteran status as members of the Legendary Magical 5 who'd faced the Disas Beast in the first Distonian war, one by one they're overpowered by Sekhmet. In the end, all they can do is watch in horror as Sayako regenerates her severed limbs, staff, and khopesh sword. She then turns to face her former friends. In minutes her rampage will begin unstoppable. But just when seems the last light of hope is extinguished, four familiar figures in pretty dresses step from the shadows. The new magical girl recruits have arrived on the scene. But are they enough to stop the Brigadier and magical girl of mass destruction? |
