| THIS IS A NOVEL ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS VOLUME. ---------------------------------------- Finally, the fight that I've been waiting for since the first volume, a battle against a fellow human. It took this long and we could all say that Rennt's assimilation with his undead powers did indeed paid off, but it's not like he's that mighty or anything powerful yet but I'm glad to see an actual evaluation of his current power level since fighting against monsters is just like as easy as cracking a program or A.I. in any kind or form of fiction stories. Anyway, he's mentor is the real deal alright, his experience got the better out of Rennt despite his inhumane level of brute force. I would like to see a rematch one day with them both leveling up as well. It felt like a very short volume to me, most of the events are all written in partition after all, bunch of foreshadowing for the lack of better words so I'm not gonna comment to most of them. |
