| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I can't believe I only noticed it now, and it's hilarious. I take it the change in the opening is a play on how the first and second cour of the third season of the show had different openings, the out of nowhere jumping Eren of the past episode was directly referencing the opening of the first cour of the second season, while the new one is for the second cour's opening. The parody is killing me. |
