| Probably Bakemonogatari @Den11 Yeah Kill La Kill's ecchi doesn't feel like a hentai to that extent Monogatari's ecchi does (I mean how do you describe Senjougahara scenes in Bake episode 2, Kanbaru scenes in Nise episode 2 or the Hanekawa scenes in Kizu III?), Kill La Kill's ecchi is actually utilized a lot differently or rather in a lot different way. I mean, most of the ecchi scenes are during the transformations in Kill La Kill, they are mostly used to make the transformations look more quirky & innovative, which basically underlines the unique, bizzare & unorthodox nature the show has in general. Monogatari's ecchi most of the times feel like related to "intercourse" or something like that. There's a lot of difference between how the ecchi is used in both series even though both series have a lot of ecchi. |
