Why does MAL show 28 chapters for this manga?

Basically every site I checked showed only 27 chapters of this manga. I checked Baka-updates and it shows that 27 chapters have been scanlated and that it is completely scanlated.
So what is exactly the 28th chapter?

From Manga Database Guidelines:

IV. Manga Volume & Chapter Counts

IV.1.1　Chapter counts include not only the series’ chapters but also any included one-shots, side-stories, prologues and oddly numbered chapters.

For the manga Machida-kun no Sekai, a one-shot was published alongside volume 3, thus increasing the chapter count by one.
