What is the general opinion on how the manga ends?

As someone who is only planning on watching the anime, I’m excited to see where it goes. I was just wondering what people thought of the mangas ending. Do people like it or hate it? Is there any general opinion? I saw the poll for chapter 205 discussion and it’s very divisive so I can’t really get a read on what people generally think

I liked how it ended
I was happy that they were all reincarnated and are living the life they wanted to

The ending is satisfied for me because it expresses the main theme of the manga: "Fighting for a better future"

Personally, the ending would have been more persuasive if the author had added 1 more transitional chapter between 204 and 205.

I suggest you watch the anime, which covers until chapter 50s. The manga has only some controversial stuff among fans after chapter 190s. For previous chapters, there is not so many debate of the contents.

to me, the final fight felt more like a tanky boss fight where you need to survive a certain amount of turns rather than a grand action finale (especially compared to the three before it).

Imo , the manga ended pretty much cool and I'm fine and satisfied with it , but...
If the author would've made Tanjiro's transformation into a demon took more chapters (let's say like 5 more chapters , maybe !) I think it would've been even much more cooler.

Absolutely garbage and trash ending. I forgot Demon slayers even exist in my memory with exceptions of few characters

The ending felt true to the overall themes of the manga. However, I would never say it was a great ending but the whole reincarnation idea definitely makes it stand out in my mind more than some manga that have generic endings, like Fairy Tail, or extremely disappointing (and untrue to it's original premise/themes) endings, like The Promised Neverland (Jesus Christ I hated that ending).

Overall, it ticked all the necessary boxes, but it didn't really increase my opinion on the manga. However, the anime will definitely improve upon the ending when it gets adapted.

It's direct sequel so FT is not over.

Rushed ending and the last fight felt really dragged out. Kokushibou’s fight felt way cooler and impactful then Muzan’s. Tanjiro turning into a demon was kinda lame seeing as he was almost instantly turned back
