Why are you even posting here lol Forum is not only for fans to fawn over their favourite title. If you exclude Kirito then SAO has its good elements but as it stand now (I'm anime only) the entire anime part of the franchise is being dragged down by the local Garry Stu who for no good reason becomes powerhouse in every world seed he visits. It irks me because .hack, Avalon and other titles have shown that virtual realities are perfect for interesting backdrops but SAO wastes it's potential by the MC who seemingly was created only to be a vessel on which author/readers/watchers may imprint themselves on, as I wrote in my original post Alicization parts where Kirito was kept out of the picture were the most interesting to me. |
