Now that was a start.
Looks like it will be a funny manga. But I have to say, it is a pity that they didn't even bother to translate the soundeffects.

Not redrawing or overlaying them? Acceptable.
Not translating them at all? Why? Was it laziness?
That is like watching a silent movie. You have the subtitles but not the audio.

Edit:
After finishing the first volume I noticed that they added 5 pages of translated soundeffects to the very end of the manga. With page and panel numbers.
I didn't even notice them at first. So i guess you are supposed to go back and forth in the manga to look up the sound effects?
If you don't want to disturb the art with sound effects, why don't you simply put them next to the panels?
