| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Through sheer tenacity and a little luck, Ren fishes up the Ichigaya Guardian! Oh Akechi, you of little faith. As it turns out, Mika's stalker was a baby crow she rescued that left her shiny (sharp) presents at her doorstep! As deduced by Akechi based on her instagram and Ann's insight. The irony is not lost on us. After Ren covertly prompts Tokito to mend his relationship with his estranged wife he goes to meet Akechi at the cinema. They discuss their deal while watching The Duhvengers of all things. Ren cryptically advises Akechi that he has the choice to change his life. Akechi refuses. Sadly, he will hold onto his bitterness and hatred to his last breath.  "This might all be in my head but...he's really the best!" Next chapter is the final chapter... Here I had hoped to see at least 5 years with this manga. Imagine if a vomic or a drama CD or dare I even hope an anime came out of this. |
