Im pretty close to finishing HxH and im also very indecisive, tell me watch to watch next, please dont list like 10 shows that wont help me pick just give me something i should watch and ill watch whatever the most people say

Watch Demon Slayer, It was number 1 anime of springtime 2019 or try Fire Force. The titles are mostly self explanatory as to what the anime is about.

from what you have watched already, it looks like you have a preference for shounen, so with that in mind, I would recommend One Piece.
