After Migi disconnected himself from Shinichi, did Shinichi still have his augmented abilities?

Furthermore, does he still have them after Migi faded away in the last episode?

I’m willing to bargain he does still have his augmentations. In his last “fight” or whatever with the serial killer he comments about how “he’s fast enough to do this” the other guy ”seems to be moving in slow motion.”
