https://myanimelist.net/anime/384/Gantz?q=Gantz - I think I love this anime due to its gory graphics. Despite reading everyone who's stating that its plot was not that good, I still love it and was one of my favorite anime.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/5251/Angel_Densetsu?q=Angel%20Densetsu - Dude, I'm telling you that this anime deserves more episode. I feel really bad for it since it has only 2 episodes. It was funny and very hilarious.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/851/Kyou_kara_Ore_wa?q=Kyou%20kara - Not that underrated but nobody's talking about it now. It's a good typical classic comedy anime about gangsters. You could say that it was Great Teacher Onizuka's ancestor lol.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/242/Gokusen?q=Gokusen - Well if Kyou kara Ore Wa was GTO's ancestor, this one was GTO's descendant. It's very related to GTO since Onizuka was a previous gangster and Kumiko was the heiress to their mafia family.

Shakugan No Shana. It's used to be popular back in the day when anime series and light novels were still airing and writing. But then light novels ended in 2011 and anime series in 2012. Seven years later,no one talks about it. It's used to be popular,but now it's underrated like any anime which used to be full of hype when it's was airing,but ti's underrated nowadays. Shakugan No Shana is underrated,but there are few die-hard fans that keep it alive.

There is no bad waifu,only bad anime.

Fune wo amu is really underrated. I think it's mostly because it aired on amazon prime but its really good and I hope you will give it a try.

just the most underrated anime ever for me

also Dennou Coil, Patlabor franchise, Tsuritama, Humanity has Declined and Flip Flappers (watching this one now) are unique and really underwatched by anime community

As for the underrated, I'd say White Album 2. For what it was, it was beautiful. May be a little biased on this but whatever.
