If I had a dollar for each time I've heard someone say JoJo is unique and there's nothing like it, I'd be filthy rich right now. Seriously, what is it exactly that makes JoJo (especially the first two parts) so one-of-a-kind compared to other shonen anime, that supposedly makes it so hard for anyone to find titles similar to it?

And I'd have double the amount of money if I got a dollar for every time I've heard that one as well. No matter how loose criteria I give, there always has to be someone telling me I'm way too specific. At this point, I have a feeling basically everything beyond "recommend me some good anime with romance" is being way too specific to most anime communities.
Well, anyway...

Cain Series/
God Child, but unfortunately, there's only a manga of it. Additionally, it's not very humorous.
I can kinda see where you were coming from with that, but it seems completely different from JoJo tonally. I'm gonna add it to my list regardless, though, cause it sounds interesting. I might give it a read once I'm in the mood for manga again.

Pandora Hearts may be close to some of the aspects you're looking for, but that's also not covering everything you want.
Well, reading the reviews it sounds kinda close, but at the same time I don't know if it's something I'd want to watch, especially since you said it doesn't really cover my criteria. I'll see if anything else shows up and then consider it based on that.

However, it fits some of your other requirements. Gentleman hero, rivalry with some other characters through the story, a power similar to 'Hamon', lots of violence and gore, and it certainly doesn't take itself too seriously. Some of it feels very aged, especially the first arc or 2, but I'd recommend giving it a shot if it sounds good.
I see you have seen a special of it, so I don't know what your feelings on it are though.
I think the rating I gave to those specials should reflect how I felt about them. Also, aside from those specials, I don't believe HnK has any sort of a good anime adaptation (and no, the Toei one isn't even close to being good) so even if I wanted to give it a shot, all I have is the manga.
Thanks for replying. If anyone has other recs, feel free to chime in. I'd really appreciate that.
