Make a HD GIF from any video online (Youtube, Twitter, anime sites, etc, any site) or videos downloaded to your PC. Uses the Camtasia ap (free trial) or Free Cam (free).

Feel free to show me your GIFs :D

Ap Downloads
You'll need either Camtasia (free trial) or Free Cam for this video.

Here's GIFs I made with techniques in the video!

Made a huge GIF too! 😎

but I got a question, do you know a good software that can display gifs on windows 8.1 except of internet browsers?

Nice GIFs!

EZgif is not bad, they do have cropping, but it rejects a lot of urls (even Youtube) so I have to download the video first (or record it, as I did with Free Cam in the video). With Camtasia you'll be able to make the GIF right away by just recording the raw footage. And EZgif has that 100MB limit for downloaded videos

But with Camtasia you have a lot more control over how you can edit the GIF, the time, and a higher FPS overall, plus you bring in any video you downloaded anyways.

this is what we're talking about:

If you have a good Youtube downloader tho, it is good for making Youtube videos into GIFs instead of using FreeCam.

But would still definitely recommend Camtasia for GIFs and MP4s, good speed and quality

Unfortunately I don't have a way to view GIFs in Win8, I use Pictureflect Photo Viewer for Win 10. Tried this?

Here's another one to try. I think I used this before actually

I'm not sure about 8.1 since I'm using 10, but for me the normal pre-installed Microsoft Photos app opens gifs just fine.

I see. Well I ran the Gyazo GIF through Imgur's video to GIF and it really lowered the hell out of the picture quality. Used the K-on! scene a couple times as a test.
