Anime in Question: https://myanimelist.net/anime/39805/Secret_of_Moldiver__Himitsu_Daihyakka

The secret of Moldiver is 15 mins long (checked the VHS for the secret to see if my mistaken (got my rip of it from the English DVD which didnt include the other 2 eps) and it says that the video itself is 11 mins long (they didnt include the runtime of the extra 4 min documentary)).

info on the secret https://twitter.com/anime_vhs/status/713391450407342080

go go doll-chan is 15 mins long (checked, was the info then is led into a trailer for vol 6 of the VHS and LD, the ep itself is about 12 mins)

project f is 10 mins long.

Not to mention I can't find any info on the release of Go Go Doll-chan nor Project F, all I know is that they were probably released together or close to each other seeing as how at the end of each they say they are from 1994 not 1993.

I suggest that the Secret is seperated from the other 2 releases as the years dont add up, and for the other 2 eps just say the year is form 1994, cause I can't find any other info on them. But if you insist on keeping them together, then change it to 3 eps not 2.

For those wondering, I have checked each VHS release (there were 2, one that was 1 ep each release and an r-# series that was 2 eps each.) I then checked the music cds and found no info. Also went as far to look for old clipping from magazines and ads, found nothing. I also checked the the first DVD release and the LDs.

Though if you do have info on the other 2 eps, please send it to me, cause I would like to see it for myself.

It will also make sense to separate the entry into two as "The secret of Moldiver" is easily accessible on the internet but there are no traces of the other two (or my googling skills are too low).

I did a little more digging and found the existence of the 2 eps. The hard part of finding them is that they were not listed under Moldiver, instead they were a special release by the Pioneer Animation Club (guessing you had to be a member, can't really find info on PAC) in which they would give you the VHS.

Staff Info

Proof of Existence

I still can't seem to find any info regarding the release dates.
I also can't find a VHS for Project "F" so im hoping it's also on the VHS.

EDIT:

From what I can tell, it was indeed a membership thing and you got special cards.

The Card

The news about the events and releases came by something called "PAC de News", however I was unable to find anything on this topic.

Still not finding a release date, I assume that since it was membership only, people weren't inclined to spread the info on the internet for something they payed money for.

I bought the Yahoo Auction and posted them on Imgur via a scanner.
There was one that was in full Romaji, so i put it in kana so it could be translated via a translator.

Also i have no idea what Frozen Dream is.

Did you try using this?
Also, there are 0 entries for "Frozen Dream" on this database, and I couldn't even get a slight idea of what it is elsewhere either.

I didn't try this, before, no. I did a quick search for Moldiver, Go go Doll-chan, Tenchi Muyo and PAC, but I didnt find anything of any use either. :/

There's nothing on AIC's website either, just the 6 ep OVA. I can't think of anything else to search?

it got easier when i found out what PAC meant, searching Pioneer Animation Club was a huge find. I feel I could find more things like I did before. Found a guy that loved Tenchi Muyo so much he had all releases down (not sure if the full release date for the one i posted was so might try to find that again), I found a guy with old pictures on a 90s style website (not sure why it's still up) and a guy that qwas selling anime had some PAC music collection he wasnt selling. There was also soem 2ch posts on a guy that ripped a audio from a PAC 5th anniversary disc or tape whatever, but the links were for megaupload so they were all dead :/

Might be a good idea to search 2ch but not really sure how. Maybe asking a question there would be good

EDIT:

Apparently Heian Muyo is also on Laserdisc.

I asked a guy on Twitter about PAC (was close to 20 years ago so I didn't pry to deeply)

All these are via translate since you can still understand what he is saying.

Question: What can you tell me about PAC?

Answer: Since it is more than 20 years ago, i have a vague memory, as in the original tweet, once every few months as the official fan club of PioneerLDC anime, the bulletin has been sent. There were anime advance information, invitations for screening events, member submission pages and member-only goods sales. Also, a four-frame manga by Yohiko Azumaki.

Question: Can you tell me a bit more on the anime release info? What did they do about anime like Tenchi Muyo's Heian Muyo and Moldiver's Go Go Doll-chan?

Answer:I feel like it was a VHS videotape of the distribution of membership benefits sent to PAC members.

Note: It being a benefit means that there was possibly no definitive release date, so going by what is on the video of Go Go Doll-chan (1994) would be the only date available to use.

Soon it will be a year since the original post but nothing have changed in MAL database. Sigh...

@OtakuSenseiHig
The other two episodes are now available on YouTube (uploaded on April 15th).

Yeah its a shame that even with incorrect info, things are approved without looking at the facts or checking yourself, then when someone calls them out on it they act like it never happened.

Also thanks for the heads up, I wonder if that person has Project F, I would like to see the VHS box for myself, the Go Go Doll-chan is really plain with just a box telling you it is part of PAC after all.

EDIT:

Check out this tweet i just found talking about Project F. Nothing really on the release and what not but apparently talks about a 1988 computer, game system thingy.

Neat info on old computer

@mozgow
Yup, I got told by a friend to talk to a mod to get everything sorted out.
It's good to see we can finally call this thread closed.
