Change Touch's studio to Group TAC who are the ones who made it. Multiple proofs of this:
1. https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=619
"Animation Production: Group TAC"
2. The CHIEF Director, "Gisaburou Sugii" was working for TAC at the time.
3. All of the other Mitsuru Adachi adaptations back then were done by TAC, including the Touch movies (as well as, the TV series obviously.)

Not sure why it's listed as Gallop, of course they helped but a lot of anime have other studios help produce it, TAC is THE studio in charge of Touch though.

@shineoo I was going to tell you that you can add that information yourself by clicking on the "edit anime information" button but particularly for Touch, they have the studio TAC in the information. However it's in second place, you can ask anime db moderator to change it though.

I don't know why people write that they are approachable persons,
if you were you wouldn't be on MAL.
