Couldn't Remember - Divine Gate

The premise is that there is an organization that uses humans partnered with magical beings for missions and such. The humans obtain powers from said beings. There is one boy that uses a fire power, and another who uses ice. The premise is close to that of Luck and Logic. When the humans use their powers the art style changes to something like Land of the Lustrous. Please help me with this...

I watched it like 3-4 years ago, but the whole season was finished when i did, so I'm not sure when it came out.

I also just remembered some kind of magical door that was a huge part of the series. Which, then also adds to the list of anime that this is not:
Bleach
