Hi all

As my title says I'm a total newbie both to MAL and Anime. Never considered watching Anime before and considered it a little odd I found myself bored and stumbled on Toyko Ghoul on Netflix, ended up binge watching both seasons and spending the week end researching Anime. So its safe to say I'm hooked. I'm a huge horror fan and gothic horror fan so welcome all recommendations as to where I should go next.

Just starting my Anime journey so all help gratefully taken and please forgive any rookie errors!

I'm glad to see that you found the hobby so enjoyable, haha. As for recommendations, I would say look into Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, Hellsing Ultimate, and Death Note. They may fit the vibe you seem to like.
