Some really like the story, and some didn't. But everybody can agree about the animation quality and the overall stunning visual. So my question is, do you have others anime that, like Violet Evergarden did, throw glitter in your eyes from the start the the end?

Hard mode: no other Kyoto Animation's animes, and no Fate Series

First name that comes to mind is Makoto Shinkai. Practically all his proper films are visual 'porn'.

You could check out Kon Satoshi's films too. I think all his films are visually pleasing with excellent stories.

I totally agree with you for both! From Kon Satoshi, I saw paranoia agent, paprika and perfect blue. I love the very detailed graphics of his movie. Is there an other movie from him that I should see?

Nagi no Asukara had pretty beautiful visuals imo and a great story to go along with.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

It is rather intriguing some humans have different gravity then others hence the name Patema Inverted. The ones with "normal" gravity find themself superior to the ones with different gravitation. The story is about a girl and boy. The boy has "normal" gravitation but the girl is Inverted and well That makes for some very interesting visuals. The story is basically to somehow make these 2 different kind of humans become allies.

Try Tokyo Godfathers and Millennium Actress too. He also contributed a minute segment in Ani*Kuri called Good Morning. It's stunning despite its length!

This. Violet Evergarden is as close to a Shinkai done as episode television.

Honestly, stunning visuals don't actually mean a whole lot to me, but it does enhance my enjoyment of it
I really would have to say that maybe Hyouka and No Game No Life are great examples

No Fate series? Ok, but from the same studio I can recommend:
- Katsugeki/Touken Ranbu: beautiful visuals, excellent animation (fighting scenes), even if the story is not really impressive but it's interesting at least.
- Tales of Zestiria the X (if you don't care about the story because it's a complete mess, even if you do not compare to the game you can tell that there are lots of inconsistencies)

Makoto Shinkai's work:
- Your Name: amazing visuals, really good story, good music. A must see.
- Dareka no Manazashi: short but pretty visuals.
- The Garden of Words: I didn't like it much for the story but the visuals are wonderful.
- Byousoku 5 centimeter: Three stories with pretty visuals.

Others:
- Shingeki no Kyojin: which have a amazing story, good action scenes and very beautiful backgrounds
- Quan Zhi Gao Shou: Really good visuals (Shinkai-like at some moments), good action scenes
- Angel Beats: My favorite anime from P.A.Works studio.
