| First name that comes to mind is Makoto Shinkai. Practically all his proper films are visual 'porn'. You could check out Kon Satoshi's films too. I think all his films are visually pleasing with excellent stories. |

| Honestly, stunning visuals don't actually mean a whole lot to me, but it does enhance my enjoyment of it I really would have to say that maybe Hyouka and No Game No Life are great examples |
