| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Now this was a really good episode. I don't like Kidokoro that much, but I like him a lot more than Midori so this was fine. I deadass thought his grandmother was going to spank him. Why are the grown women so violent in this show? Either way, the moments Mami and Kidokoro share are really special. I don't know how to describe their relationship because it's obviously not romantic or parental and the difference in age is kinda big to be friends. But it's really special whatever it is. I love it when they get together. They seem to work well as a pair. Next episode is going to be a riot. I already knew what was up when I saw Toshio's big ass head in the preview... |

| Kidokoro may not be perfect at his job, but he certainly tries his best. He's a nice person with a big heart, and Shingo doesn't treat him all that well, but still considers him an asset. Thankfully, Mami managed to convince Kidokoro's grandmother to let him stay at the company. |

| I wonder if those antenna headbands were a real product you could buy in the 80s. Seems like something they would've sold to promote the show. It's like the perfect type of toy to market to kids who are fans of Creamy Mami along with her compact and wand. I couldn't find any commercials on Youtube for it but maybe it wouldn't be on English Youtube. Google images just showed homemade ones. |

I found someone mention the headband product along with providing a photo here: http://creamymagicalworld.free.fr/goodies_vintage_accessoires_baguettes_en.html I also tried searching in Japanese on YouTube for a commercial featuring it, but I came up empty handed.
