any good anime with female fighters and bloody combat.

is there any good anime, with female fighters, who engage in bloody hand-to-hand or sword combat (maybe guns too but preferably swords), where they inflict bloody damage on themselves while fighting. i have checked claymore, and i like witchblade. any suggestions? thank you.
