| Above PuriPuri Angel (Rank 17) with weapons, most likely. Word of God stated he would have been able to take down Deep Sea King if he did have weapons. Not sure of exact rank. Pre-rain form, mind you. |

Not sure of Sonic's performance in that scenario (True Form), other than he would most likely not win by that specific exclamation, and Genos was barely holding his own against Sea King in his true form while protecting civilians, no less. Though yes, he is on the lower end of Rank S it seems. Fubuki also states that this when she observed him. |

| My guess would be that like Genos he would be put straight into S class after the testing. I don't see him being any higher then the 2nd lowest S rank spot tho. |

| Puri Puri Prisoner was S rank and could hold his ground against the deep sea king but not defeat him. Same for Sonic, aside that he claims he could have won with weapons. He'd be at least S rank. |
