| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Most beautiful episode of Ryuu x Chizuru! I have a big smile with T_T coming down! It was excellent! There is nothing that beats this in romance for me so far! Although Yano and my dear Sawako was around and how I loved Sawako hands.....so lovely and too bad I have to get a japanese girl to have hands like that.....I particularly like them but never seen any like that on French girls here. Anyways I was rather surprised that Chizuru confessed to Tooru about her love to him. I am glad that finally she understood it was always a love of sister/brother and nothing more than that. I am also T_T so happy for the flashback and heartwarming moments any of you who have seen Mai-Hime episode 8 know how dreadful of a first experience it was in the Trauma Department. It was really nice to see this. Best Chizuru x Ryuu moment and I am fan of them=><img src="http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/tt288/francismeunier/number%20two/70843bd5.jpg" border="0" /> Chizuru's mom!=> Chizuru's smile looks a little like Tooru's smile=> Someone please translate this par of what Ume's Seiyuu says please=> Someone please translate this par of what Kazehaya's Seiyuu says please (notice all the girls going wild and screaming when he speaks)=> Overall amazing heartwarming episode! The chapter (if anyone is curious and wants to read it, it's got the same name as the episode) was my FAVOURITE chapter in the manga, so seeing it in animation really gave me the chills. I loved it! Although I admit that it didn't give me the same "feel" as the chapter, but it came really really close. They pretty much kept everything important, especially the connection between Tooru smiling and saying Chizu's nickname and the wonderful flashbacks. What I really enjoyed was the ending with Chizu and Ryuu; I can't tell if they dragged it out a little longer...because to me it felt a little different. It was a lot more emotional in the anime and it was so beautiful when Chizu cried and asked Ryuu to comfort her. It was just so....awesome. Three more episodes! My friend and I pretty much have a rough idea on how and where they are going to end it....but of course I won't tell ;P. Can't wait until next week! |

| I was cheering for ChizuxRyuu the whole way. I almost thought Ryuu was going to confess this episode. Once I got over the D: of him not confessing again, I was very happy with it. This episode showed a lot of development for the characters, it was very good. ^_^ |

| Another lovely episode. I was expecting Ryuu to confess towards the end, but after watching it I was glad he didn't, it was so perfect without it. Also Chizus "Comfort me, Ryuu" was pretty cute. When I realised how little Kazehaya was in the episode, I was suprised, but not necessarily disappointed, the other characters are so well done IMO that for once the 'side' arcs feel vital to the main story. Only three left :'( |

| am i the only one who cried over the whole ~reminiscing~ scene? seems like everyone cried their eyes out during the ryuu/chizu scene.. :x NOT LIKE I DIDN'T CRY OVER THAT PART EITHER. | The end was perfect . . . this ep was perfect! Chizu is a very strong character because she knew she needed closure with Tooru. She couldn't just go on thinking 'what it?' even if she most likely knew what was going to happen. And Ruuy is awesome! so burn when he agreed with his brother that he was better for Chizu! yay ^^ |

| This was one of the better episodes lately.. I really hope the development between Kazehaya and Sawako won't become too stale, but since there are only three episodes left, they won't flesh it out too much anymore. Some already said it before, but it's truly a show where the 'side characters' are no less than the main cast. I did like all the changes Sawako went through in the beginning, but I feel like we reached 'the end' now.. I'm actually more interested now to see Chizuru and Ryuu start something, than the first mentioned. |
