Monogatari Series: Second Season
| Just wondering, as Nekomonogatari: Shiro goes up to around about chapter 60 so I don't want to include it when I'm reading Second Season if it'll mean I'm 20 chapters forward xD |

| Considering the First Season was only 107 chapters, and this season is almost double that, I'd say the chapter jumps are included. |

From what I counted, Nekomonogatari Shiro seems to be 41 chapters long (as opposed to the 65 bc of the skipping), times that by 6 and you get 240~. Then take into consideration that whenever Araragi narrates there are typically around 13 chapters, so I'd say that it would fit even without counting the skips. |

I figured that the chapters were extra short in Nekomonogatari (White) because of Hanekawa's plot troubles. But if every novel in the second season is shorter, it's understandable how we end up with 199 chapters, not owing entirely to Nekomonogatari. After all, we also have Hanamonogatari next, from Kanbaru's PoV. |

I figured that the chapters were extra short in Nekomonogatari (White) because of Hanekawa's plot troubles. But if every novel in the second season is shorter, it's understandable how we end up with 199 chapters, not owing entirely to Nekomonogatari. After all, we also have Hanamonogatari next, from Kanbaru's PoV. Yeah, I wonder how Kanbaru, Nadeko and Kaiki arrange their chapters... From what I remember watching the anime, I think Nadeko Medusa is around 30-40 chapters, so it fits the bill. That said, I don't know the rest, but I think we both can safely assume that the chapters in the rest of the novels (other than Kabuki and Oni) are shorter, meaning more. |
